Responsibilities: 1.New business development with direct sales to achieve business target & growth in multiple territories. 2.Develop new channel distribution and work closely with these partners to ensure market penetration and sales performance. 3.Work with regional marketing manager on marketing program design and implementation in order to maximize sales objective and target. 4.Understand end-user consumer needs and develop consumers by working with business partners. 5.New business model development for existing PCB film business.
Requirements: 1.Channel management/development experience or trade marketing development experience, 3-5 years. 2.Above 3-year direct sales experience in China market, and total account number in charged should be above 10 accounts. 3.Above 3-year sales experience in PCB field or related electronics industry. 4.Corporate sales experience, big account sales and management experience with strong execution capability.
