相关经验及技能要求

Inspect product at factories & create inspection reports detailing the findings
Identify product quality issues or non-conformances
Coordinate and assist vendors in cases involving root cause analysis and to ensure that vendors have implement corrective actions and have developed permanent solutions
Ability to interpret customer requirements and effectively communicate them to the factory

Managing and developing relationships with key vendors/suppliers
Provide direction, leadership and oversight to factory personnel involved in the quality control process
Ability to design and implement quality controls and processes to manage vendors/suppliers
Implement systems and processes required for Baknor to improve the quality control of products leaving the factory. Audit and review of vendors quality control systems to ensure consistent level of quality manufactured products
